For all the cool mothers and fathers out there looking for just as cool baby clothing brands, this one is for you. Especially if you want to shy away from the mass-produced, department store ones, which most modern mama and papa fashionistas are wont to do.
Agoo Bebe started out in August of 2007, a brand created for people who wanted something funkier than typical designs usually found on baby clothing. It is probably safe to say that they pioneered the edgy items here in the Philippines. Before their pieces came along, most brands available that time, whether international or local, were of the traditional, pastel-colored kind, with typical teddy bear and baby duck-like designs. Cute, but let’s face it; lacking (major, major) points in originality.
And in this day and age, we all know that it’s all about originality. More and more, people don’t want to conform. They want to express their individuality; they want to celebrate their uniqueness and they definitely want to do the same for their children.
The success of Agoo Bebe however doesn’t just stem from their need to be different from all the rest; it is also the care by which they produce their unique items. Conceptualization and design, from the ideas down to samples, production and delivery are done hands-on by the creators.
