Mena Suvari loves wearing Yves Saint Laurent.

The ‘American Pie’ actress – who has previously been photographed for Vogue – admits she loves the French fashion house because it “captures” her look.

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: “I think one of my ultimate designers is Yves Saint Laurent, for sure. I’ve been a fan for a really, really long time. I love his style and I feel like his style always captured my passion for fashion.”

The 32-year-old beauty particularly loves going to fashion shows, although she has never had the opportunity to visit big weeks in Milan and Paris.

She added: “I have yet to go over to Italy for fashion week or to Paris, but I go to New York every year. It’s great! In Los Angeles we are starting up our own fashion week. It’s climbing!”

Renowned for her glowing complexion, Mena – who married her second husband Simone Sestito in a private ceremony in Rome last year – is also a devout user of Youngblood cosmetics, something she believes has helped her always look her best.

She said: “I discovered last year an amazing cosmetic line called Young Blood and it’s all natural, mineral based. There’s no preservatives and perfumes and additives. I love it. I use it for every photo shoot and every job that I do. I also use a serum which is awesome as well.”
