Garden landscaping and other outdoor tasks can bring benefits to people’s lifestyles, according to one expert.
Tim Rumball, editor of Amateur Gardening magazine, claimed “creating rather than destroying” and “producing rather than consuming” often improves the life outlook of members of the public.
Picking up gardening tools and nurturing crops might help in “changing people’s attitudes about the world they live in” and will provide them with a significant alteration in their psychological state, he continued.
