Garden Landscaping | Some Foods ‘are Easy To Grow’
People with a DIY ethic may wish to incorporate a vegetable patch in their garden landscaping , following recommendations made by one expert.
Tim Rumball, editor at Amateur Gardening, said many foods are suitable for novices to cultivate.
Rhubarb, for instance, will “carry on producing for years with very little maintenance”, he declared.
Furthermore, salad leaves are simple, reliable and take a very short period of time to bloom, the expert added.
When they reach maturity, they can be chopped up in a kitchen and make a “nice, fresh salad”, Mr Rumball continued.
