Metal Garden | Albany Man Sentenced For Beating 74-year-old Neighbor

ALBANY — An Albany man was sentenced to two years in prison and two years post-release supervision on Thursday for assaulting his neighbor last August.

According to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, Allan Riga, 60, bludgeoned a 74-year-old man with a metal garden hose nozzle and banged his head on the sidewalk following an argument on Riga’s property.
