The number recipes for women’s beauty
Scientists found that eating the same kinds of food, some women would become more fat, but some would maintain the moderate weight. Of course, there are many reasons for that phenomenon, but it must have some reference with the scientific arrangement of the foods. According to that, the scientists have recommended a suitable number recipe for the body building of Chinese women.
One fruit
Eat one vitamin-rich fresh fruit at least one day and maintain it for long-term, then you would receive a significant skin effect.
Two dishes of vegetables
You should eat two different dishes of vegetables, do not always eat one kind of vegetable. At least, there mush be a seasonal fresh and dark green vegetable each day. Some of the vegetables should be eaten raw, such as green onions, tomatoes, celery salad, radishes, tender lettuce leaves, to avoid the damage of vitamin A and B1. The actual daily intake of vegetables should be kept at 400 grams.
Three tablespoons of vegetable oil
The daily limit of cooking oil is 3 tablespoons, you’d better change it with vegetable oil, the unsaturated fats in the vegetable oil is very good for smooth skin, slim body shape, maintenance of cardiovascular health.
Four bowls of coarse rice
Four bowls of coarse rice per day can help us become strong, beautiful and slim. Do overcome the habit of eating the finish machining staple food, and resist the temptation of delicious snacks.
Five servings protein foods

They have the functions of increasing dishes’ delicious, improving appetite, reducing greasy, detoxification and sterilization, protecting vitamin C, reducing the loss of water-soluble vitamins, maintaining osmotic pressure and blood acid-base balance of the body, maintaining the response capacity to the external stimulation of nerve and muscle, regulating the physiological, beauty and fitness, etc.
