The two umpires mutually decided that the condition of that area could be dangerous for the match so that the match was called off. This is another example of a blunder mistake by West Indian board. First was in 2007, when coach of Pakistan cricket team was killed during the world cup in his room, and no one has any answer about that mystery and that’s case was a clear view of lack of management. Anyhow, such kinds of incidents have now become the routine in West Indies and ICC should have to take some serious actions on such kinds of management crumbles. According to England Captain Andrew Strauss, the game should not go in this way; it would not be only bad for overall cricket results but also a shameful thing for the country as well.

If we take a bird’s eye view of that match then it just seems like only 10 deliveries bowled out and the match was called off. The overall condition of the stadium was just like horrible and especially the bowler run-up was totally scratched off, and due to that area the match was called off. The England captain, Andrew Strauss, just have a chat with umpire and he just requested for calling of the match and after a little discussion the umpires accepted the request of England captain and the match was called off. The West Indian captain didn’t interfere in the decision and he also followed the decision and took his team out of ground as a result of umpire’s decision.

The West Indian Cricket Board official have conducted a press conference last night and according to him, he is extremely sorry to the fans of cricket and he also confess that the responsibility of this incident is totally on board and they are feeling extreme embarrassment on this incident. But if you take it as a neutral person then you can conclude that such kind of statements have become the routine statements after any incidents. And after that no action has been taken on such kind of incidents and the life goes on with the game. This incident happens in Sir Vivian Richards’s stadium, the name of stadium is on such a great legend of cricket and the outputs of that stadium are just hopeless so board should have to take hard actions on such kind of issues.

Now the test match will be resuming in Barbados on 26th February and both teams will continue their play. England will play for leveling the series so they have to fight hard for high scores and on the other hand West Indies will play for wining the series so that they can name the series by 2-0. Or you can say that West Indies has an upper hand on the England and they will go for win at any cost.

The position of West Indies team is quite strong with the participation of Brain Lara and other players of high cricket profile. But bad news from England side is that great all rounder Andrew Flintoff will miss this test match against West Indies. It is indeed a big shock for cricket fans but they may have some good stuff about this player. Recent repost shows that he may be fit for next test as scan shows that his injury is not severe type. This all rounder hurts his left leg on the tour match with St Kitts and Nevis Invitational. But England coach Andy Flower hopes that he will be ready for 1st test held on Monday in Jamaica.

It is obvious that Lancashire is included in the team but he may not able to find opportunity of bowl and bat in match for six weeks. But batting coach Flower is confident that following the departure of Peter Moores, Flintoff will come this successfully. He said that it would be not ideal but certainly will be ok from bowling-wise. The participation of Flintoff will be somewhat good contribution new cricket bats players as they will have good chance of learning a lot from this great player. What about batsmen Owais Shah, he may be hope to displace Ian Bell in the Test side, has been called in warm up match after having medical check.

Great news for cricket scores fans, about the participation of Shah at England side. Shah, who made unbeaten 125 runs on the opening of tour match, is sported as an eye-patch in the first test following a check up of his eye. Ryan Sidebottom and Graeme Swann also have golden chance to bring good performance in a four-man attack. Left armer, Sidebottom will pay his first match since England worse lost to South Africa in the beginning of August at Edgbaston. It was long period after he will bowl at full pace following a proper spell. Pakistan won only 1st one day of the series and after that they have to face four crushing defeats. Due to those defeats, Shoaib Malik, was being sacked from the captaincy of the team. At that stage, Younis Khan was appointed as a new captain. And under his captaincy, Pakistani team is playing first test match against Sri Lanka. Every One was expecting a very good come back by Pakistan team under the captaincy of Younis Khan. But all got vain when Sri Lanka put 403 runs, against the loss of three wickets only, on the board at the end of 1st day of test match. Every one got stunned when the http://www.scorespro.com/cricket/”>cricket results of first day came at day end. The usage of bowling resources was hopeless and it’s not the end of the negligence because along with that the field positions were also very poor.

On second day of test match, it seemed that hosts got some lesson and they bowled a little bit well but the damage had already been done by the Sri Lankan batsmen. Sri Lankan team ended up at 644/7 and at that stage they declared their innings. The headlines of the Sri Lankan innings were the DPMD Jayawardene’s 240runs and TT Samaraweera’s 231 run’s innings. Both played their innings very confidently and brilliantly, credit totally goes to the batsmen. Then Pakistan team came to bat and they played twenty two over’s in the day. In that short spell they scored 44 runs but the thing that goes against Pakistan team was that they have lost a wicket, Salman Butt, at the end of the day. This was a sign of great hope for Sri Lankan bowlers that they have to take only 9 more wickets to keep them at the top of the match. Now, Pakistani batsmen have to put huge scores on the board so that they can save their side.

No one criticize any team on its bad performance but if the team played poorly with out any reason then every one would raise finger on the team. The attitude that was shown by the Pakistani team and their team selection was still under criticism. Younis Khan and Intikhab Alam, known as “Inti Bhai”, planned a very poor strategy and as a result of that strategy Pakistan team is suffering from the fears of losing a test match. When the same thing was being asked from the coach, he simply put blame on the curators of the pitch and said that pitch was not up to their plan. If similar kind of performances were required then why the board had sacked previous coach, Jeff Lawson and x-captain Shoaib Malik from their jobs. It was the same attitude that has been adopted by the previous authorities and now it is being continued by the new authorities as well.  Even the previous authorities were giving much better results then the current results. So who is going to ask this from the board that what is going on? We can only hope for the best and nothing more then that.

The previous record was held by Indian captian Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who was taken by Chennai in the 2008 auction. His transfer fee amounted to $1.5 million. Flintoff and Pietersen\’s fees shall be paid as salary but on a pro rata basis as the duo can only play for three weeks and not the six weeks equivalent of a season.

Aside from the two sought after English players whos ability to turn a game around can change the fortunes of the teams they play in and ignite the crowd, the other English cricketers who were taken were Ravi Bopara who went to Kings XI Punjab for $450,000, Owais Shah was taken for $375,000 and Paul Collingwood got $275,000. Both have joned Delhi. All of the English cricketers who were taken in have to pay 10% of their share of their auction price to their counties that they play for in the County Championships for releasing them for the first season.

Bangalore\’s owner Vijay Mallya said that he was willing to pay more in order to obtain Pietersen\’s services, calling it a worthwhile investment. He even hinted that since the role of captain is still open in the team, Pietersen is being considered to lead the Royal Challengers. N. Srinavasan, the secretary of the Indian Cricket Board and owns the Chennai Super Kings, was happy with his new recruit, Flintoff, calling him one of the best all rounders in the business.

English players failed to get involved in the auction last year due to international commitments and once again shall be limited to half of t he IPL season due to its home test series versus the West Indies this coming April and May. The IPL starts on the 10 of April to May 29. Next to the English duo, South African all-rounder JP Duminy was taken for $950,000 to the Mumbai Indians, with his price greater than three times the original fee. Fellow South African Tyron Henderson got six times more than his value when the Rajasthan Royals shelled out $650,000 for him.

For Australia,  Australian batsman Michael Clarke would have also been earning a high wage as his price tag was at $1 million. But he withdrew from the auction citing the need for rest in preparation for a busy year for the Australian Cricket Team. Included in the team\’s schedule is a Test series against South Africa, the Ashes series and the Twenty20 World Cup. Australian paceman Saun Tait went to the Rajasthan Royals for $375,000 and shall be reunited with former Australian teammate Shane Warne. George Bailey was the other Australian sold for $50,000 to Chennai.

Contracts that were handed out are all for two seasons, instead of three. Critics rationalized that Flintoff and Pietersen\’s absence from the IPL auction last year worked in their behalf this year to earn so much more, the reason behind was that the abundance of talent that was up for sale last year.

Kulasekara and Tushara both got 3 wickets each. In 3rd and final match against Sri Lanka Pakistan batting line was scattered like dry leaves and faced a shameful defeat against Sri Lanka. Shoaib Malik of Pakistan Cricket Team showed bad captaincy in the final match.

In 2002, Pakistan was beaten by Australi by 224 runs and it was considered the worst defeat of Pakistan Cricket team ever but now recent bad performance has broken all previous record as now Pakistan Cricket Team has been defeated by 234 runs and has broke its previous bad performance record of 224 runs. While lowest score of Pakistan Cricket Team on home ground was 113 runs against West Indies which Pakistan Cricket Team made in 1986.

Pakistani Batsmen could not play well against bowling of Toshara and Kulasekara. Murlitharan got 2 wickets and he became 2nd bowler of the world who got 500 wickets in one-day international matches after Wasim Akram of Pakistan Cricket Team. No Pakistani batsmen could reach even in double figures except Umar Gull and Shoaib Malik who made 27 and 19 runs respectively. 4 players got out on zero and Pakistan Cricket Team also dropped 3 easy catches and I believe catches wins the matches and Sri Lankan Cricket Team took full advantage of these mistakes and made record runs. First wrong decision of Captain Shoaib Malik was sending out of form batsman Younis Khan in opening position. Sangakara received award for making fastest fifty.

Sri Lankan Team set a target of 309 runs for Pakistan to achieve. As Salman butt remained out of the field during the ending session of Sri Lankan Cricket Team therefore he could not come for batting as opener. Another mistake of Pakistani Captain Shoaib Malik was to send Kamran Akmal earlier for batting and Misbah could not perform differently from his counterparts.

Sri Lanka Cricket Team will come again in February for playing 2 test matches and Sri Lankan team will reach in Pakistan on 14th February’s Lankan off spinner Muttiah Murlitharan said that he’ll say good bye to cricket after World Cup 2011.Sri Lankan Captain said that he did not thought that our team will win the final match with such a great margin and this victory has pooled our confidence level and we expect to give similar performance against Indian Cricket Team.

Sri Lankan Cricket Team is playing better cricket consistently and I believe that to defeat Sri Lankan team would be very tough for Indian Cricket Team as they are in full form and on the other hand if we analyze the performance of Indian Cricket Team then we can conclude that both teams are equal and viewers will enjoy seeing cricket matches between these two teams.

Sri Lanka is very strong opposition at home ground and India should make necessary planning about how to tackle Murli, Mendis, Kulasekara.
